Clients’ properties are visited according to agreement, minimum every two weeks, maximum every other day, whilst unoccupied. During this security visit, as well as airing the property, we check that all windows and doors are secure, that there are no leaks and that all services are functional. If we find any problems we will take immediate remedial action and keep you informed by email or phone of any happenings in your property.

The annual management fee, as well as covering the cost of these regular visits, also entitles you to the facility and advice on how and when to pay utility bills, rates, wealth tax and insurance. We can, if you wish, keep a file for you and take care of all bills, documents, deeds and any other items you wish to store under lock and key here in Mallorca.

We understand that you probably are very busy managing your primary home, your job and life in general and we offer you the possibility to forget any worries or stress whilst on holiday and we will take care of your Mallorca so your holiday home is for pure enjoyment!

We provide efficient cleaning, laundry, pool and garden maintenance services. We also arrange and supervise the many trades required in maintaining a property including plumbers, electricians, builders, carpenters, decorators and interior designers.

Properties International Mallorca can also recommend and give you advice on contacts that can help you manage or co-ordinate the long or short term letting of your property if required.

Our aim is to allow non resident property owners to have peace of mind knowing that their property in Mallorca is being managed and maintained professionally thus protecting their investment.
