• Property finding and research – we work on your behalf to provide you the best selection of properties for sale subject to your precise requirements. If we do not have the property your are looking for on our books, then we will find it. We cooperate and work with most of the agents in the area and we can represent you, free of charge.
• Project management – we are able to provide assistance throughout the construction or renovation process. We can provide access to architects, onsite project managers, providers of construction materials, builders and handymen. We also supervise and report to you during the project so you feel part of the process and can actually view the build via digital photos and also via live webcam if you wish
• Legal advice – access to multilingual, experienced lawyers with track records in facilitating and successfully closing deals.
• Financial advice – we work with a large selection of the largest financial institutions [both local and international] active in the Balearics. We can help you find the mortgage or insurance product that is right for you.
• Letting – want to let your property? Let us put you in touch with the best agents. Rentals – looking to rent a property? Then tell us what your requirements and we will do our best to find what you are looking for.
• Furnishing interior design – if you do not have the time or inclination to find the right furnishings for your property, just let us know. We work with the best providers no matter you taste or budget.
• Property management – after purchasing your property, we can, for a small annual fee, help in assuring that it is maintained, looked after and that there is someone on call 24 hours a day if there is an emergency.
• Security - Mallorca is a very safe island and thankfully we can boast of having a very low crime rate, but it is better to be safe then sorry. We can help you secure your home. We, throug experts, can have your home linked via webcam to your computer at home so you can keep eye on your property whenever you wish or just have an alarm system installed.
